I was in the middle of making dinner

when *flicker flicker poof*, out went the lights.
I thought I blew a fuse because I had the tv on, the stove, the electric skillet, the dryer, 2 pcs and 3 lights.
I know that doesn't seem like a lot but I blew a fuse on Monday just by doing laundry, tv running, 2 pcs and the carpet cleaner.
It happens.
It wasn't a fuse this time.
From what I hear, a car wrapped itself around a pole.
We lost power at 5:45, right after I posted that last post.
Flicker flicker poof.
Luckily, the meat had finished and the water had boiled enough to where the pasta just needed to sit in it a few minutes.
We got power back around 8.
It sucks when you lose power doesn't it?
But, we ate by candle light, went for a small walk around the hood, and talked to each other about stuff.
Every now and then, it can be a good thing to lose the lights.
