Small sentenced.

A judge sentenced Shawn Small, 27, of Biddeford, to a year and nine months in jail Thursday after he pled guilty to a lesser charge in the death of 11-month-old Chason Treadwell in 2002. Small, who had been dating Treadwell’s mother at the time, had been charged with shaking the infant to death but pled guilty instead to a misdemeanor charge of assault shortly before his trial was to start.

This is not justice at all. My cousins baby is dead and this asswipe gets a fucking year???!!??
