I forgot tell you all something.
The Teen™ who threw Sebastian last January and broke his arm, served his almost year.
He was supposed to serve a full year and then be on probation for 3 years.
He is out.
Back living at his moms.
Right around the fucking corner.
We have already had a kid or 2 tell us how pissed off he is at us for making him go to jail.
Excuse me?
Asshole teen, it was not us who put your ass in jail. It was YOU.
He (17) threw my son and broke his arm and Sebastian will be needing surgery later in life to correct the rotation problems from where it was broken.
I swear on my life that if that shithead who is now 18 and a half, touches my son or sons, I will break his fucking arm.
And his leg.
And his face.
Little fuck does not want to come near my property or my kids.
I don't care how well behaved he was in jail and got out early.
His mom is still being a bitch and gives us the look of death whenever she sees us.
The younger brother goes to school with Mark and practically rubbed it in Marks face that his brother was out.
I'll be rubbing faces in the pavement if that shithead touches my kids.

I just got home after 32 hours in
the er and hospital.
A 17 year old boy broke Sebastian's arm Sunday afternoon around 4:15.(edited
because I fucked up the time. Everything happened so fast, sorry)
He picked Sebastian up and lifted him over his head and threw him to the
concrete driveway.
He has to go on Wednesday to see an orthopedic pediatric specialist who will
decide whether or not to perform surgery or try to cast it.
On a scale of 1-5, 1 being a fracture and 5 being the bone protruding from his
arm, Sebastian is a 4. He may need to have steel rods placed in there.
The kids, Mark, Sebastian and Johnathan and Brandon were playing in Brandon's
front yard playing tag when Sebastian touched Brandon's older brothers car. He
touched it, not scratched it or dented but touched and the kid flew him like a
ragdoll to the ground.
I have had to get a lawyer to pursue medical expenses. The police took
statements from all the kids and arrested and then released the boy to his
parents because by state law, they can only hold a minor for 6 hours.
Sebastian is home with me in an immobilizer brace until Wednesday where we will
have to go to All Children's Hospital to see the surgeon.
I am going to try and scan his xray so that you can all see what this fucking
prick did to my son.
Later days.

Court date entry
5/16/2003
We just got back from court.
The teen was sentenced to 1 year and then on commitment until he is 22.
If he screws up in jail, he will have to stay for 2 years.
When he gets out, if he screws up even once, he will be back in jail until his
22nd birthday.
His entire family got to speak on his behalf and tell the judge how sorry they
are for this terrible accident. Then the teen spoke about how sorry he was for
the accident.
The defense attorney spoke about how we have no reason to fear him and that he
is not a threat to society.
Then the state attorney spoke and she said that it was proven in court before
this very judge that this was not an accident and that the teen was convicted of
1st degree felony child abuse and should be punished as such.
The teen and his family begged the judge not to send him away. His family wept,
his girlfriend wept. It had no affect on the judge at all.
He said apologies were not accepted. It didn’t matter to him if the teen was
sorry or not. He said that the teen still had not accepted responsibility for
his actions that day and that is why he is sending this message.
The judge asked me if I had anything to say and I told him that I did not
believe that the teen was sorry. He had an opportunity that day to apologize
before we left for the ER and before the hospital called the police to have him
arrested. It has been exactly 5 months 1 day since this happened. The only time
that he apologized in this whole time was last Tuesday and I told the judge that
he mouthed those words to me only because he didn’t want to be punished, in my
opinion. I told him that I didn’t believe the teen was sorry nor that the family
is sorry.
The judge after sentencing the teen ordered the entire family to stay away from
my family and everyone in my home including Heidi.
The mother has been intentionally going to the store Heidi works at and going
through her line to checkout and smirking. 3-4 times in the last week.
A state corrections officer walked us out of the building because his mother was
furious at us.
We then went and ate because the kids were starving, Heidi’s treat and then
caught the bus home. Some stinky girl wearing way too much vanilla perfume got on
and we all nearly died. I had to open the windows because I couldn’t breathe.
Some smart mouthed teen told her to spritz not bathe in it…lolWe stopped at
Pete’s store on the way home for some water and a soda because it was so hot out
today.
We got home and in my mailbox were the movies I won yesterday. How cool!
It is Spirited Away, The castle in the sky and Kikis delivery service.
The kids are watching Spirited away right now.
It has been a long day and this is almost over.
We just have to go to the restitution hearing now. The judge ordered that the
parents are financially responsible because the teen is now incarcerated. They
have to pay all the medical bills that we have already and ongoing and pain and
suffering.
I am grateful to state attorney Karen F. and Mr. R., the Juvenile justice guy
and Judge M.
I will catch up with everyone else in a little while. Right now, I need to
change (hot and sweaty) and take my pills. I am in agony.
Later.
