Mark wore a dress shirt today.
I'm not saying anything at all.
He looked nice.
I just wondered what was up.
Sebastian has a field trip to of all places, the courthouse today.
I know lots of kids have never seen a judge in action and it will be a great learning experience but Sebastian already knows the ins and outs of how a case goes.
He could probably tell the teacher a few things about making a statement, doing a deposition, being sworn in, testifying and how long the actual process takes.
What are they going for there today?
Just what cases will they be witness to?
Juvenile criminals.
That means the JV justice guy won't be in his office today for me to call. I'll leave him a message and hopefully he can tell me what is up with the teen.
I'm going to try and call the DA who handled our case as well and see what, if any, preventive measures we can take to insure Sebastians safety now that asshole is out.

Someone better be thinking about how to protect Sebastian. They should automatically put a restraining order on him - and if it is violated, hawl his ass to adult jail.
Hmmm... wonder if Mark has a girl he likes??

Well he is on probation/committment until he's 22 so I'm hoping that is enough for him to stay away.

And then maybe he'll leave home and move away, wouldn't that be nice!
(First thought about the dress shirt: there's a girl involved...)

I really hope he has learned a lesson and the kids who were talking are bullshitting. The DA can't do anything until he comes near us. He hasn't threatened us, the other kids said he did so until he says something or does something, they have to err that he is following his probabtion.

Yeah, I thought that about the dress shirt too but didn't say anything...lol

Awww, Mark in a dress shirt!
It sucks that they can't do anything till the asshole actually makes a move. You are likely to have killed him by then. Hahah, taking preventive measures would be at least as much to the asshat's advantage as yours and Sebastian's!

I know. I wish they could do something but because he hasn't done anything, they can't put a restraining order on him. :(

That little shit head and his family had better learned a lesson and they had better leave Sabastian alone! Or I really will be kicking ass' and taking names when I get home!
