Ok Shell. How did you do that?
Shell sent me some stuffs for my bday and she managed to fit almost 8 hours of tunes on a 700MB/80MIN cd.
Speak woman and tell me how the hell you did that. *Nevermind* I figured it out. Duh.
That is what I get for not reading the manual.
I like to just open shit up and play with it. Screw learning how. ;)
I have tried to do more than 80 minutes and if a cd burner could yell at you, it would have called me a few choice names for trying to do 82 minutes.
You need to tell me.
But damn, you got some great shit on there.
Thank you!!
And she also sent this

And before you even ask, I am a huge Metallica fan. I must have seen them about 20 times. I've hitchhiked through snow and rain and stood in mud up to my knees to see them at Monsters of Rock eh Shell? ;)
This is a fucking heavy clock too let me tell ya.
You could seriously injure a person with it.
Or a toe.
I shall keep it away from my feet seeing as how accident prone I am.
Yeah, I did something stupid again this morning and almost nearly killed a cat by stepping on it, losing my balance and yanking something.
Whatever.
It's what happens when you have no sleep.
The floors move and everything is sort of there but not there.
Cats need to learn to stay out of my way is all.
Thanks for the Cd's and the shirt and the clock girl.
Love ya. *mwah*

That's really cool, and now I'm jealous as hell, I've never seen Metallica live. The closest I've ever got to that would be that woodstock 2k or whatever that was that Metallica was part of. Did you see that? It was amazing. Arg, I'm never going to see them live, lol.

No, I didn't go to woodstock. But I saw them at every show they did in Mass, NH, and Maine for the Justice album and The black album. I also saw one Garage days show. The monsters show was by far the best experience because Cliff was alive.
I had a very wasted, very heavy, youth.

Saw Metallica, GNR and Faith No More at the SIlverdome way back when. Metallica = Great. GNR = Axl left the stage for awhile. LOL.
Thanks for the MP3 -- now you need to post "One Night in Bangkok." I've been all over the Net looking for it and it's nowhere! And now I have "One night in Bangkok and the world's your oyster...." running through my head.... ACK!! HELP!!

Heh, the last time I saw Metallica was when Cliff was still alive.....WAAAAAYYYY back in '86.
And how *did* Shell do that? You figured it out, but I never did. And I'd like to know how to get the most out of my cdrs, too :)

If you burn them as mp3s, you can pile a ton of them on the cd but if your burn it as a music cd, then it won't.

Got a favorite band member? Mine was Jason but he left me :(
