MT upgrade.
I will be on and off for most of the day due to my back freaking out but I wanted to let you know that comments are now moderated even though that box isn't checked, it's doing that.
So, your comments are not appearing right away.
When I feel better, I will dig around in the new MT digs and see if I can stop that.
It's good for spam and all but I like instant comments myself.
But Jenni does good upgrades. That went off without a hitch.
Very sweet digs in here. I looked around and was like whoa, lots of stuff.

I need to figure out how to add a hack to my WP stuff so that it stops comments on older posts. Have been getting spammed a lot lately. :(

There is a hack I know that, someone was just talking about it yesterday I think. I think it was Lani.

Okay, my friend Smeg mentioned a very good point on Code Novice: I left Kat's old Blacklist installed when I did her upgrade. A new version of Blacklist comes with 3.1, so you have to delete the old in order for the comment moderation thingie to become optional. Weird how it works, but Smeg was right, bless him. Just FYI for anyone else who was going nuts with this problem.
Kat's decided to keep moderation on for now, so there you go, but at least we know how to fix it if she wants it turned off. *grin*

So we'd have to kill the blacklist? *gulp* Well, we can do that but I think I'll leave comment mod on anyway cuz the spam never even gets to show up in the first place.
