Not really a product review as much as the product is killing me.

I had to go shopping for groceries and it's that time of year again. The time of year for Cinnamon Brooms.
These things are killers.
To those of us with severe scent allergies, trying to grocery shop in stores at this time of year could land us in the hospital.
They had them at every single register.
In the candy aisle.
The milk aisle.
The bread aisle.
The produce aisle.
Everywhere.
I needed to shop but I was gagging so hard and my eyes were watering and my lungs were burning, so I grabbed the basics, milk, cat food, cat litter, some frozen food and got the hell out of there.
By the time I made it to the register, I was going to throw up. I could taste it in my mouth and I was holding back chunks.
2 cashiers loaded all my stuff onto the belt and hurried through my order and my face was purple. They were yelling at me to get outside. They ran and got a customer service clerk who just stood there not knowing what to do.
I made it out of the store but was choking and my eyes were red and puffy and watering.
I came home and called the store and told them that they need to put those outside as those of us with severe allergies could possibly drop dead while shopping.
I told them I would consider going to other stores if they didn't place them outside in barrels. It's not fair to those of us who suffer from allergies to have to choke and gag and wheeze for the next several hours after shopping.
We need food too but we shouldn't have to suffer to get it and I will shop somewhere else if they don't move them to a new location outside the store or just place them in the produce section.
All of them in one place.
I can still taste it in my mouth and my lungs still hurt 45 minutes later.

damn, Kat, that sucks, I get the same thing from those brooms 'cept not as bad, just a burning sensation, those things SUCK ASS, why do they exist?

Wow, I haven't seen those yet! *makes sign to ward off such things* for me it's the fricking eucalyptus branches...and the Bed Bath & Body works, and the Body Shop, and the Yankee Candle store. All those places really set me off, and the send the damn smell out into the mall too... How can people like those smells?

But don't hate me because I'm all right with really expensive French perfume...*wink* cause I am!

Oh I hated the eucalyptus at Pier 1 when I worked there. Used to make me so ill. I don't understand how people can enjoy them so strong.

I don't know why they exist Josh but we should kill the creator...lol

Believing there's no God means I can't really be forgiven except by kindness and faulty memories. That's good; it makes me want to be more thoughtful. I have to try to treat people right the first time around.- Penn Jillette
