Mark did a great job!
Mark made dinner all by himself tonight. He followed the recipe which was an easy one, and did it all wonderfully!
They were delicious!

Easy RITZ® Hot Wings

Makes: 20 servings, about 1 chicken wing each We had them as the main course and served them with fries.
1 sleeve RITZ Crackers, finely crushed
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
2 lb. chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix cracker crumbs, oregano, garlic powder, paprika and pepper in shallow dish.
COAT chicken with hot pepper sauce, then dip in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each wing piece. Place in single layer on greased baking sheet.
BAKE 35 to 40 min. or until golden brown and cooked through (180°F), turning pieces over after 20 min. Serve warm.
