Cheaters fudge part 2.

I posted I was gonna try to make fudge with one of those kits.
Well, it didn't work. It's basically mush. It's not solid.
You can't cut through it, you have to scoop it with spoon.
I have tried and failed at fudge once again.
*sigh*
With a fricking kit even.
*sigh sigh*

No, this is not the fudge our Grandma's made but it's pretty damned good. If it's humid or warm out, I would recommend turning on your AC while this cooks and cools because heat and humidity will destroy fudge.

My recipe is about the same...it came out good but the stuff on the boardwalk was still better than mine....or maybe I just need to be in a swimsuit when I'm eating it???!
think I'm going nuts cause Jordan is still sick.......& I have'nt mailed my xmas cards yet.....Ly

This time, it really was probably the kit.

Kat try the recipe that I sent to you
two bags chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
put into a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes at a time until the butter and the chips are melted and then pour into a sprayed or buttered 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan and let set until completely cooled and turn out onto a cutting board and cut into squares. Really good with special dark chips
Love You!!!!
