Happy feet?
Has anyone seen this?
I keep hearing how awesome it is but then I keep hearing that kids are leaving the theater crying because of how religious and political it is?
I personally won't be seeing it, a movie with nothing but penguins? Um, no.
So, tell me about the movie, I want to know why kids are crying.

Haven't seen it, but my daughter said it sucked, if that means anything.

I thought it was cute..in a cute little penguin kinda way. Good music for a kid movie. There were several parts that were scary, and I can't imagine that the littler crowd WOULDN'T be scared. Religious? Ehh..I can't think of anything. Political, DEFINATELY. Very 'save the animal' and 'look what we're doing to our planet'. The only reason I went to see it is that I work for a movie chain in the offices, and we got to preview it.

We haven't seen it yet (but we're going to, J loves penguins!), but I heard it can be a bit too scary for some kids (young ones).

We took a 6 year old to see it and she loved it. The part where her parents thought she'd be scared was when she actually laughed the hardest, so who knows?
Personally, I loved it.

I took the boys to see it and didn't really care for it. It was kind of slow.
