My Single Mom Life: All fixed up now.

All fixed up now.

I posted this morning about my insurance being all screwed up.
It's fixed now.
Yay!
But when I called back, I got a rep on the phone who was obviously having a very bad day.
She told me I'm paying exactly what I should be paying, it's not their fault, that the office who told me that my Humana was entered in wrong was lying, and weren't doing their jobs.
Then she hung up on me.

So, I called back and had to explain all over again why I was calling. This time, to a very nice rep who looked at my stuff and told me it was all fixed.
I asked her if the woman 10 minutes ago had entered notes on my call.
She said no and asked why.
I told her what she said to me.
She said she'd try to find out who it was and lodge a complaint, because that is not what they are supposed to do. She also apologized for the way I was treated.
It's not her fault. But I knew the other rep wouldn't take call notes because she knew what she had said to me was bullshit.
All she had to do was look at my case and tell me if it was fixed or not.
Very easy. But instead she chose to be a raging lunatic and hang up.

My sister and her hubby both work at Humana. Let me know if you ever need any advice of how to navigate their system.

I hate customer no-service. One of my biggest beefs with some of the companies that I have dealt with is with their reps. The salespeople and marketing people are also gung-ho and ready to help, but when it comes to actual support? Yeah. You can always tell when a company actually cares about YOU. They pay their support team well, and make sure that they actually are able and want to help.
