Scoliosis can also be a cause of bursitis of the shoulders.
True.
Just wish I had known to expect this.
Pre-surgery, my shoulders did not have an problems, they were not involved in the parts of my back that ached.
But since surgery, a year out to be exact, I'm suffering.
I really wish that shot he gave me would kick in, because this is getting to be extremely painful.
I laid down on the couch this afternoon and watched a movie. I did not put any pressure on my right shoulder, I had a pillow underneath both shoulders, I did not move around.
After the movie, I got up to go do other things.
At least I tried to. When I sat up, pain shot through my entire right shoulder, I let out a yelp which the boys found kind of funny, but really, it's not.
This is not funny, this is painful.
My eyes watered kind of painful.
The patches are helping, just not a lot.
I'm afraid to move my damn arm.
This wouldn't be so bad if I was a lefty, but I use my right arm for everything from clicking remotes, moving my mouse, wiping my ass, and stirring what's in the dinner pot.
This sucks.

At the risk of sounding like a spammer, you should check out the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Scoliosis page. You can find some valuable Scoliosis information there: http://www.csmc.edu/5701.html
