That was a bit much.
The booklet that comes with the Bake n' Fill pans says to use two boxes of cake mix.
So I did.
Fill to the bottom of the fill line in each pan.
So I did.
I had a ton of mix leftover.
Hrm.
So I dug out my one muffin pan because I still don't have my other one back, ( 
) and made 6 over sized cupcakes.
I still had mix left.
Hrm.
I dug out my loaf pan and filled that up.
I baked all 3 pans of mix, and now I have 6 cupcakes, 1 loaf cake, and a bake n' fill cake which has to completely cool before I can fill and frost.
I wanted a cake. Not a bunch of cakes... 
I figure I'll send the cupcakes to my neighbor who took me to the ER last Saturday night, and take the loaf cake to my sweet southern old lady friend.
My thighs do not need that much cake.

I have'nt baked to much lately but I did do 2 cheesecakes..yesterday....delicious but I must give some away as I can't stop eating it...luckily, I'm still thin from the surgery...but that won't last.....what happened in the ER last week...I can't find tha tpost of yours????!!!! Lynne
