Hi. My name is Kat and I have stress.
Yup, lots of it right now.
I am slightly overwhelmed with projects I have to do, as well as being a mommy.
I am so stressed, the idea of cooking dinner brought me near tears.
So I did what any stressed out mommy does, I ordered Chinese food.
Dinner taken care of. Check.
Then one of the cats gacked on Sebastian's blanket, so I had to wash that.
Then I stepped in gack that probably the same cat, deposited for me to find in this exact way, on my way back out of the laundry room.
Thank you dear kitty cat. I needed the reminder that my day was not going as planned from the get go, and I should probably slow down before I have a coronary.
How do you de-stress when you have a million things to do, and not nearly enough time, hands, ears and eyes to get it all done?

I freak right the fuck out when the stress gets to be too much for me. Just to de-stress, I'll go outside with my Mp3 player and stare off into space...literally...while listening to the music. If I am feeling particularly stressed, I may have a beer or two. It usually doesn't take much these days to dull my senses.
Well, that is how I de-stress. But the stuff that I don't have enough time, hands, ears, and eyes to get done just doesn't get done. Which causes me more stress in the long run.

our kitties gack in the middle of the night, so that when we wake up the next morning, our feet get a wake-up call.....splut!

I know that feeling. This new side job is killing me this week. Nothing is working the way it is suppose to and my brain hurts. The only thing that is keeping me going is the money.
