Running on empty.

One of the major problems of having insomnia is that you never seem to be awake or asleep.
You're always in this hazy fog place, where you really need to go to sleep, but you just can't.
I'm wondering if taking some kind of energy supplement first thing in the morning, would make me more active all day long, so when night hit, I'd be burnt out and ready to just crawl into bed and pass out.
What do you think?

I don't know ... I've tried the whole extra energy vitamin first thing in the morning thing, but I still didn't sleep. I think we just need some heavy duty sleeping pills, what do you think? LOL! Man, that fog is so thick today I can't even see you! ;)
