Who do I have to talk to?
Handbags. I like them, they are cute, but so not practical.
I mean, just look at how cute this bag is.
It's cute, it's black suede with a leather front pocket, adorable!
But, it's too small.
It's only slightly larger than my hand. (Yes I do know I broke a nail.)
I simply cannot fit in here the amount of stuff I need to carry.
I have to have my wallet, and my pill case if I'm going to be out longer than 4 hours, and my cell. That's about all this thing holds.
Who the hell decided that small bags were all the rave in fashion?
I have this awesome larger bag that I loved carrying until I was told by more than 1 woman, that it was much too large and oh so not in style.
I want to know which fashion icon/maven/designer person I need to speak with to bring larger bags back in style.

That woman does not know what she's talking about. Large bags are back in a big way. I just bought one and have gotten a shitload of compliments. I'll try to remember to post a pic of it. You know what they say, your bags get bigger with age! All those little bags are for teenagers who have no money, no bills or anything else to carry in those tiny things.

Eh...I've had to carry a diaper bag for so long that it's really my purse now...LOL...other than that, I have those tiny ass ones...but much prefer my HUGE ass ones...when you talk to the fashion maven...put my vote for bigger is better in also

I like small bags but like you said can never fit everything in there... I did find one at walmart that i like and so far so good.. But i love my big bags, with two little ones they are great , throw a few pampers and some wetwipes so i dont have to bring the diaper bag in the store... Even if i didnt have the little ones I still love big bags and the hell to anyone that tells me whats in and whats not... I do what i want, wear what i want... lol...

I am kinda with Kel. I have taken to using a man's wallet for my ID's and such. I don't even carry that half the time...(don't tell the cops I don't have my IDs...lol) In short I prefer the smaller bags, and I saw recently they ARE back in style but love the bigger ones for travel.
btw... (you can edit this out if you want...but did you burn your hand or is that the shadows...your fingers are so red, hope is it isn't anything bad.)

I am the exact opposite....I love small bags. That's because the bigger the bag I carry, the more crap gets stuck in it. I pretty much HAVE to do something about the clutter.
I guess I just live in a less fashionable part of the planet, because trendy looking girlies around here still carry large bags. In fact, the store I work at has a decent selection of large purses available this spring.

After carrying diaper bags for about four years straight, I LOVE having a small handbag. I just bought two small ones and am so happy with them.
And yeah, big bags are great, I bought one a few months ago but then realized that all I carry is my wallet and cell. LOL
