Have you ever just had a day when...
You are completely let down by people?
I had one of those days today.
See, it's bullshit to tell people one thing, then turn around and do something completely different.
Two instances of this today!
I was completely let down by GMA.
Totally.
They only used the sound bites of us talking about the threats, to make us appear scared. They used nothing of any part of the 2.5 hour long interview I did, except the threat parts.
They wanted the scared angle shown.
Sorry to disappoint ya, but I ain't skeered people.
If I learned anything* at all from my hard working parents, it's to be a fighter, and fight for what's right.
The second instance is complete letdown on something I was seriously looking forward to doing.
The sudden change in plans, joke, link bait, or not, is not amusing in the slightest.
See, some of us are working hard, struggling to get by, day in and day out.
We bust our asses to make things work. Save every penny, pick 'em up off sidewalks, cuz they add up, just to make things work.
I'm not amused at all.
If it's a joke or link bait, screw that crap.
Am I supposed to just laugh it off, and go 'oh man, ya got me!, so funny!'
Not.
But it's clearly not.
So will I be attending after working so hard to get this amount of money saved? I have no idea.
I had plans to meet one of my dearest friends, and it kinda ticks me off.
*I actually learned a lot from them, but fighting for, and doing what's right, is at the top of that list.

You know that this is the second time they changed it, right? The first time they only changed the dates.

This is really just unconscionable. I can't believe they did that! And if you ask me, TM was extremely rude to you, Kat - and to other people, too. Typical big business - they couldn't really care less about the people who work for them as long as they get their $$$$! Jerks.

I saw that last night and all I could think about was "Oh, crap, what about all the people that paid for flights and non-refundable deposits and all that?" It just boggles the mind.
