I may be having some company this November.

I was chatting with an old friend from back home last night on AIM, and they were talking about possibly coming down here in November. They want to take their kids to Disney and those places. They weren't having much luck with finding good rates at hotels that time of year.
So I told her to check out an Orlando vacation rental. I gave her that link, I've read about them and blogged about them before. I hear good things. I have no use for them myself being just a few hours away, but fall through winter, and early spring, prices here go up on hotels and restaurants. It's 'season', and in season, all the tourists come here, so places ca totally up the prices and get away with it.
She said she'll check them out and let me know.
Man, I haven't seen her in like 10 years now, it would be cool to see her, meet her hubby and kids. Last time I saw Jen, she wasn't married, no kids.

I hope Jen can make it out to see you. It's amazing what can happen in a few years, huh?!

I hope you're having a great weekend! *HUGS*

Believing there's no God means I can't really be forgiven except by kindness and faulty memories. That's good; it makes me want to be more thoughtful. I have to try to treat people right the first time around.- Penn Jillette
