A few weeks ago before things got all crazy busy for me, I received a full size bottle of Skin MD shielding lotion to try. I love it when I get sent great products to try out!

Shielding lotion is designed for helping your skins natural protective abilities, work better.
On a daily basis, our skin is bombarded by chemicals from soaps, shampoos, things in the air, cleaning products etc.
I got the bottle and have been using it every day. I generally don't use lotions because I hate the greasy feeling. I hate picking up a pen and having it slide out of my hand.
Skin MD is NOT greasy at all! It rapidly absorbs into your skin, but leaves your skin super soft.
And a major bonus, there is NO scent. This is perfect for me because I have scent allergies, and some lotions I have tried with added scents, actually make my skin itch more.

But here's something I didn't expect. I had read some of the customer reviews on the information pamphlets that were sent to me, and one of the customers said it relieved itchy skin.
You all know by now about my back surgery, and that a lot of the nerves in my back are not healed yet, don't feel right. I can't feel simple touches, but something like an itch is excruciating. I can't scratch the itches, because the nerves in my back can't feel me scratching. It's totally weird I know.

So anyway, after reading that review, I asked Sebastian to rub the Skin MD all over my back, focusing mostly on the area between my shoulder blades where the incision scar is, and to the sides of the scar, because that's where it itches the most all the time. My back is always itchy in those spots.
In about 10 minutes, the itching was completely gone and remained gone until my next shower.
The Skin MD did not rub off on my shirt, or rub off on my night shirt while sleeping. It didn't sweat off in the heat. It stayed put and working until I took my shower the next day and actually washed it off.
Amazing.
It's been 1 year and 3 months since my surgery and I've had an itchy back the whole time. This product works. It really works.
Every morning I have one of the boys rub it on the spots on my back, and I'm itch free again until the next shower!

There were many other reviews in the pamphlets from people with Eczema and Psoriasis, and how incredibly awesome the Skin MD worked for them.
