My friend T's pc was messed up.
At first, she thought it was her power supply gone bad, but she changed it out, and it still was having the same problems. She ended up getting a tech on the phone and they said it sounded like a memory issue.
Sure enough, she installed some new Dell Memory and now her pc is working properly again.
But for about a whole month, she tried to find and resolve the issues on her own, she's pretty handy with computers, so when the last resort of the power supply wasn't it, she finally broke and called tech support.
