I love it when the kids help me out and stuff.
It's been one of those really quiet days here. I keep heading off to lay down because like I said this morning, my back and joints are acting up.
The freeze it does help rather nicely I might add. It took a little bit to kick in with me, maybe like 30 minutes or so because of my rods, but once it did, it felt good and I was able to get some things done that I needed to.
The boys have been super good and helpful through the whole day, doing dishes and being quiet so I can just rest.
No fighting.
That rocks.
I still have a lot of emails to catch up on and stuff, I'm trying to get to them I swear.
I managed to get at least 2 large email issues dealt with today, but that's kind of it.
I have something I need to do tonight, and then I think I'm heading back to the warmth of my blankets.
I hate it when my body does this crap, it sucks.
But hey, at least I'm not sick on top of it, that would suck worse.

Hey Kat--my back was stiff & a bit achey too yesterday morning & then the rains came... today sun is out & I'm feeling better......enjoy the rest of your summer...Lynne
