My Single Mom Life

I went out and got the mail just now, and in it was a check for $40.00 from an affiliate program I was using years ago.
This is the second time they've written me a letter stating that even though I'm no longer an active member, my affiliate links are still being use on line somewhere, and I've earned a commission.
I honestly have not worked for that company in about 4 years, none of their links appear on any of my sites, and the site it was on, has been gone for 4 years.
Maybe someone is browsing through the wayback machine or something?
Dunno, but I like it $40 bucks is $40.

I also got a letter from Netflix saying that the monthly membership fees have lowered a few dollars.

I love saving money!

And my mom sent me a huge envelope full of coupons.
Love it.
see, it's so weird down here, our Sunday papers have like one tiny insert of coupons.
Up north, they get like 10 inserts jam packed with coupons.
So I'm totally happy that my mom sends me all the coupons she can't use.
I've used every single one since she started sending them to me.
With the boys home all summer, and eating every thing in sight, plus having to save for school supplies when they go back in August, (yes I'm already counting) and also saving for a trip to Vegas in November, and a the inter holidays, I'll take any way of saving money that I can.
