You might get in trouble.

Do you have, or do you take pictures of your kids at bath time or playing in the kiddie pool naked?
You could very easily get in trouble if you get those film rolls developed, or take your pc in for repair.
Read about how a photo can ruin your life, and then think about all the pictures you've taken of your kids.
All the pictures your mom took of you and your siblings getting a bath, or playing in the kiddie pool, or just running around the house naked.

Did you read it?
Are you scared yet?
All it takes is one over zealous film clerk or pc repairman, and your kids can be taken away from you, you can be labeled a sexual predator.

Yes we want to stop true child pornographers, but when did we start arresting parents who take pictures of their kids taking a bath with bubbles and toy boats?

I think about the pictures my mom took of us kids as babies on the changing table, laying face down, a pose she found cute, and all of us who look at them think they are cute and laugh, we were cute babies.
I think about the pics of my sons in the same pose.
I think about my nieces in the bath tub, or my own sons in the tub when they were babies.
How can these possibly be viewed as child porn by normal people?
The only ones who would think these pictures are dirty are the child pornographers, but these pictures are taken by parents as cute cherished family memories, not as anything sexual.

Anyway, read the article and start thinking about it.
You'll be as disturbed as I am about totally innocent pictures that have now ruined people's lives.

I've heard about such cases, and I agree, it's insane. It sickens me that these people are being prosecuted, while real perverts and rapists are still on the streets.

Personally, I am sick of all of the hangups that society has on nudity in general. Nudity does not alway mean sexual.

But here is what I'd like to know...how can you explain to a little kid why mommy or daddy or grandma went to jail, when all they did was take pictures?

That's freaking ridiculous. I swear, I would believe this world is going to hell in a handbasket, but I don't believe in hell except for the hell we make for ourselves. I guess they'll have to arrest a hell of a lot of people because I know a lot of people, including myself, that have naked baby pictures. My mother took pictures of my brother and me naked. What are they going to do? Dig up her grave and arrest her? I'd love to see them do it.

Thanks for pointing this article out to me. Very enlightening.

is this world becoming un-f-ing believe able or what????

what will life be when a mother cant blackmail her own children with naked picture of their 3 year old self in the tub!!!!!!

stop the world.. i wanna get off....

So are they going to go after all the "Anne Geddes" of the world? Isn't she one of those who started the trend on taking the "cute" little pictures of babies?

I know I recently took a photo of my son in the shower for a "music" theme photo but I'll be be damned if any one wants to make anything of it because I purposely cut out anything that could have been subjected to anything...
and yet at the same time I took a harmless photo of a little girl (black and white) sitting outside, and I can not tell you how many hits I have had on that one photo. It worries me to some degree as to what pervert is looking at it though...

it seems to be a double sword issue.

Reading stuff like that makes me paranoid and angry all at the same time. Recently, I uploaded a picture of my 2 daughters and my nephew playing in the tub. You couldn't see anything but their shoulders and faces - and yet, it's one of my most view pictures recently. I've had to make it only viewable to friends and family - which pisses me off.

There are perverts out there - I would think and hope that it would be easy to identify those who are perverts and those who are not.

You would think that, but obviously innocent parents and grandparents are being arrested.
