The Hubble Deep Field.
This is so amazing and beautiful.
Ok, it could have done without the cheesy numa numa kid, but man, all those galaxies, all those stars and planets.
How can we possibly think we are the only life that exists in ALL of those galaxies?
It's incredible, gorgeous, breath taking.
We cannot be alone, we simply can't be.
Hubble images set to Pink Floyd.
Awesome.

I agree completely. With that infinite space and all those galaxies, I've always thought there was a very good chance that we aren't alone. I imagine there could be one Earth for every galaxy. We just haven't found them yet.

Woah! When did you change your blog's look? o.O That'll teach me not to visit regularly! lol
It's been awhile, but I remember in my astronomy class that the professor mentioned that there were some distant galaxies that seemed to be structured like ours which makes it very possible that there are other "Earths" out there. He was quite adamant that it was absurd and archaic to think that there is no other life out there. "Humans always think they're the center of the universe" he would say. XD
I have to ask, have you ever been to one of the Pink Floyd light shows?
Ah, just thought I'd point out real fast that the blue text links on the post parts of your blog looks okay, but when it shows up on the pixel brown background it's really hard to read. Like the smiley link below the text box on the comment form.

I so totally agree that there must be life out there and just hope they can find it in our lifetime. It would take our minds off all our petty world squabbles -- like war....
