50 gallon drum.
So the landlord came back about an hour ago with a huge blue drum and we filled it with water.
He did this so that if the neighbors tried to drive over the lawn again, they'd smash head on into a 50 gallon drum full of water.
It should stop them dead in their tracks.
Also, there's a guy up the street with two huge old railroad ties sitting at the end of his driveway.
If he's throwing those away, I'll find a way to get them down here and line my driveway with them.
I saw those on my walk this morning.
They will cover the main section of lawn that the neighbor has been using to get onto my lawn, and he won't be able to drive over those.
Like I said, the landlord was pissed when he saw the tire tracks across the lawn.
Building a fence is out of the question because the city is supposed to be installing sewer lines sometime in 08', so it'd be a total waste of time and money to build a fence now, and have to tear it down when they begin the construction.
I wonder how the neighbors are going to react when they see this?
Oh yeah, there's a reason Mark hasn't been mowing the side yard, the landlord and I saw it when we were out there.
There are about 15 hornets nests on the side of my house.
Mark had sprayed some of them with bug killer, but he didn't tell me there were more.
So the landlord is going to be coming back over with some industrial strength poison to kill them all.

Comments
I had a huge hornet's nest up under the eaves at my house this year, about the size of both of my fists. It's about 30 feet up so was a real challenge to get them all.
