Boobie, boobies, boobies, get your boobies here.
I've made my store run, Aunt Flo should be nice and comfortable during her visit now. Let's just hope she's not too demanding this week, I have things to do around here ya know?
Christie won my 2nd guess the movie round. I'm really enjoying having a fun little contest. I'm finding out who are movie buffs and who aren't.
In just a little while, I'll sign in to begin helping out on the boobiethon again this year. Have you submitted a pic? Made a donation? We'd really love to reach our goal of $10,000 this year.
And speaking of breasts, there's an interesting discussion going on at a forum this morning, over whether or not women should wear bras all the time.
Do they prevent sagging?
Have they been linked to breast cancer?
Is it healthy to wear one all the time?
Do you wear one all the time?
While you sleep?
There's really no medical evidence to support (HA!) that wearing a bra is beneficial.
None.
But there is medical evidence that suggests wearing an ill-fitting bra all the time, has been linked to breast cancer.
Breast tissue is not muscle, it's a ligament, and wearing a bra all the time, can actually cause the ligament to atrophy from having it held in place unnaturally all the time.
Did you know that?
It's actually healthier for your breasts, to go without a bra whenever you can, especially when sleeping.

I go braless at night and on the weekends. When I have to go out of the house I will put one on. Because frankly, I do not like people to stare at my girls:)

Like Mindy, I don't feel comfortable going braless out in public. My boobies jiggle around a bit too much, yanno?
But if I'm not going anywhere, I don't put one on at all, and I certainly don't sleep with a bra on. And when I do go out, when I get home, the bra is one of the first things that comes off!
Good luck with the Boobie-thon; I'll be sending in my picture and donation!

Same here. I never wear one at home ever. If someone calls, (I have a 10 minute visitor rule, they have to call before just "dropping by") I'll put it on. As soon as they leave, it comes right back off again

I love my teeny-tiny boobs; never need a bra unless I wear a low-cut dress and need a bit of padding to hold it up!!
If I submitted a picture of my boobs to the boobiethon you'd need a magifying glass to find 'em...LOL

Wow....I sleep without one, but feel a little too saggy without one on any other time. I do have more rigid, yet comfortable and supportive bras for work and outings, and just some stretched-out, old tshirt bra swith the underwire removed to hold the girls up very comfortably while I'm at home.
I will try to work on your graphic later this evening; the weekend ended up too busy for me to sit at my computer for very long at a time.

You should add that is very important to wear one (a bra) when nursing. Definitely when you are sleeping to or you will wake up in a puddle. LOL
