Milk, it does a body good.
I was just over the local Tampa message board, so many people post in the health and fitness forums there with great ideas on either bulking up or losing weight.
Everyone is so eager to help anyone who asks a question.
One of the topics tonight was about muscle milk and how it can help you lose weight and build lean muscle mass.
Both the body builder guys and the lose weight women on the forums, drink it.
I hadn't heard of it before, so I kept reading the thread and then looked it up.
It seems like it would be very helpful no matter which body plan you are taking because it helps control blood sugar, gives you good energy, and makes the necessary amino acids available to your body for your specific needs.
So your results would be more energy, less hunger and cravings, and normalized insulin levels.
It actually sounds like something I could use.
My body is so out of whack, insomnia, cravings of sweets and fats all the time, and I do need to start getting my weight in check if surgery is a go.
I know I will need to lose about 10-15 pounds before the surgery.
Too much weight on makes any surgery more risky.
Hopefully I won't have to deal with that one surgeon who told me that I was "poofier" than he was used to operating on.
That wasn't Doc M., that was the stomach surgeon who moved my organs out of the way so Doc M. could get in and attach the screws and rods to my lower spine from the front.
Hopefully this will just be one surgery through my ass cheeks.
I can have matching scars on each cheek. *LOL*

I meant to tell you the other day, that I hope your surgery (if you have to have it) goes well. Anything to get rid of the pain, right??
