I know, just 3 days to go, and I'm not totally done yet.
I have one more gift to get, I need to go to EB games today and hope they actually have it.
Yeah, I'm one of those wait till the last minute shoppers for something kinda popular amongst teens.

I see some Verizon trucks outside today.

Maybe they're finally installing the fiber optic cables needed to bring FIOS to my house.
See, when they were laying the cables this past summer, they thought this duplex was a one unit dwelling, and only laid cables for one line.
My house number was totally skipped over, so every time I called about getting FIOS, they couldn't see my house on the street maps they created. I had to convince them that this was a duplex, a two family unit dwelling, not one.
I've been arguing with them for like 7 months now over this issue.
My neighbors who share this duplex, got FIOS, and when the Verizon guy was here installing it, I went out and talked to him.
He looked at his map, and was like "Wow, sorry ma'am. Your house got skipped on the map. I'll have to go to the planners and have to get them to add it. It could take awhile."
Ugh.
I want FIOS dammit!
