Done with that for today.
Phew.
We did some major cleaning today much to the teens disgust.
We took 3 bicycles to the curb, all of them broken in some way, and put a sign on them that said 'FREE'.
Within 15 minutes they were gone.
I wiped out two old computer hard drives, stripped them of any good and working parts like memory sticks and CPU fans.
I made the teens clean out their room after helping me break down some huge boxes and stuff, and I was surprised to find one of those chalk cues, you know the pool cue accessories?
I found it under Mark's bed. I have no idea where it came from because I don't play pool, neither of the boys play pool, so it's one of those oddities that just ends up in your house.
Maybe the wall trolls stole it from someone else, and left it in place of the sapphire ring that mysteriously went missing about 2 months ago.
I swear wall trolls exist.
You put 2 earrings down on the top of your dresser, and in the morning you only have 1.
The wall trolls steal them.
They like shiny stuff the best.
I think tomorrow I will take a rest day because I don't want to overwork my back too much because then I'll be in pain and on the couch for 3 days while I recuperate.
And I am having some side effects from the new pain med they have me on.
I stopped taking the muscle relaxer because it was causing me to just be super tired and pass out like a narcoleptic, and now the pain med is causing my vision to be blurry and my brain to be kinda foggy. It's also causing excessive thirst.
It seems the longer I take them, the more the side effects are happening.
I see him again on the 4th, so I need to tell him this stuff at that appointment.

When I have stuff I want to get rid of, putting out on the curb works for me. It never ceases to amaze me as to what people will take.
I think those wall trolls have my original cell phone charger...I did get a new one, but the old one still hasn't turned up. Oh well.
I hope you can get the problem with the pain meds worked out. This new doc has listened to you so far, hopefully, he will help fix this problem.

It feels wonderful to clean and de-clutter, doesn't it? Other than the significant amount I did Tuesday when we got back, I haven't done anything. I've gotta step it up this weekend!

Well, now that you're done with your house, do you want to come do mine? LOL! I've been puttering away at things all week. I actually managed to get the Christmas tree down yesterday and clean up the mess it left behind!! Now I just need to drill a hole in the floor so that I can move the cable and put the TV where I wanted it to go in the first place!
Have a great weekend and be sure to take it easy so you don't make your back worse!
