Just thought I'd update you all on the ordering and shipping fiasco from this post I made on Friday.

The supervisor, Carol, told me it had shipped, I would receive it today.
She reversed the $36, 1 day shipping charges because obviously, it didn't ship in 1 day like it was supposed to, but yes ma'am, you will get it on Monday.

I blacked out what I bought because the teens read my blog, but do you see what it says?!
It says I should have received this between Thursday 12/13/07 and Friday 12/14/07, but oh, look over to the right hand side.
What does that say?
It says it's still processing!!!!

So, I called them back again today after checking my CC transactions, which says this is still pending, and spoke to some cranky ass bitch who yelled at me that I would get it in time for Christmas.

That's not the point! I paid for it to arrive on a certain day, it wasn't going to, and they promised me it would arrive today, and it's not.
So where the fuck is it?!

So Carol, the supervisor, said that my order is still processing and she was going to expedite it to the ordering people, and to wait 48 business hours before expecting an answer from them on where my package is.
Ugh!!!
I am so fucking pissed!!
This hasn't been processed, it hasn't been charged, it hasn't fucking shipped, and no one at Walmart.com seems to know why my package is still fucking processing!!!
