I wanna rock! Well, sorta.
Today was a fun day.
I had my niece Skye over all day long, we played, ate snacks, read a story book, and just had a really good time.
Then sis came over to pick us all up to do some shopping and get some dinner.
We went to Best Buy so the boys could spend their gift cards, and Mark picked out Halo 3
Yup, we've got GH3 and Rock Band now.
Rock Band is fun, we can all play it.
We can sing, play guitar, bass, and drums.
It's actually pretty fun.
I don't think we'll be making any videos of this till we all get much much better.
It's kinda tough. The singer stuff is hard. If you don't hold those notes as long as it wants, it says you failed.
Ouch man. LOL
Mark is gone to my sisters for the night, he'll be back in the morning and Susan will be spending the day with us.
Sebastian and I are hanging out playing Rock Band and eating the Chinese take-out we picked up for dinner.
We went and bought new shoes for everyone before getting the Chinese.
All 4 of the kids all got new sneakers, and are very happy. Susan and Skye picked out some Dora shoes, the boys got some new Champions.
Oh, a wicked funny about playing Rock Band.
Shahiro the kitten, absolutely hates it when anyone sings, hates it.
We sometimes will just sing to annoy her, and she tries to rip your face off.
So, Sebastian and I were playing, I was sitting down singing, and Shahiro climbed up on top of me, hissed right in my face, then stretched out all her claws as a warning to shut up.
I failed at the game because the cat made me scared...LOL

Rock band looks and sounds like a lot of fun.

Rock Band is super addictive isn't it? We've had it for about a month now, and now it seems like we've got a group of people together almost every night playing. Failing out is why I refuse to sing. The band can only save you twice. Fail out 3x and you're gone for good!
A word of warning on the Fender that comes with the game. Barely strum the guitar or it the strum bar will quit working very soon.
We've already had to send 2 back to EA for RMA, and it looks like we're about to RMA the 3rd as well. Strum died on it this weekend. There's like a 97% death rate on those guitars.
