Keeping to business when you're sick.
Blogging is not only a hobby, fun kind of thing to do, but also a business for a lot of people.
If a business valuation was done on me right now, my value would be incredibly low.
I have several emails sitting in my inbox right now about contextual links, promotions, and reviews.
I simply can't get to them right now. I wish I could because every day that passes with no reply, is a day I may be losing business.
I could respond to them, but my brain is in such a fog, I don't want to make any mistakes, come off wrong in my written replies, and have these adverts don't run screaming that I'm a blathering idiot.
I am so greatful for my spell checker, and I read and re-read my posts to make sure they make sense before publishing.
With an email, if I make a mistake, I could very well lose business.
How do you deal with business requests when you are ill or have other pressing matters?

I don't understand why if I click on the link in my blogfeeds - it wakes me to this page, which is all white - void of any design... But if I go to your site by typing it in - I get the home page with the design.
I like reading (and commenting) from the home page better. It even remembers my information!

I wish I knew where to drum up more business....now that I know I actually have a permanent home on the web that is accessible and easy to use by each visitor, I feel I could do a bit more. My site's rank just isnt high enough to be picked up by some of the better companies out there, but I am so grateful for the one great one I work for!
I understand about the brain fog....I don't have any good suggestions other than to wait for a clearer state of mind. But as you said, you could be losing business if you wait too long. Sounds like you have a sound and reasonable plan....just spellcheck, read, and re-read before sending.
