My wicked awesome savings today.
I almost forgot to tell you about how much money I saved today!
My mom has been sending me coupons for quite awhile now, our newspapers down here just don't ever have many coupons in them.
Anyway, I've been hoarding them to go shopping during one of Publix's big buy 1 get 1 free sale weeks, and today was that day.
Before all my coupons, my total bill was $294.78.
After all my coupons, just $123.58
I saved $171.20!
Booyeah!
I love it when I can do it big like that.
I used so many coupons, the poor cashier kid looked at me like I was crazy when I handed him the stack of coupons. It took him about 5 minutes to scan them all in, and the people in line behind me kept peering over at the screen to watch my totals drop down.
It was awesome.
Go me! hahaha

That's amazing. I may actually have to start using coupons. I generally only use the "instant savings" and the buy one get one free stuff.
Although I cleaned up in the after Christmas sale :)
