So, what happened to fixing it today?
Oh, not coming?
When will a line pole tech be coming then?
Tomorrow, sometime between 8am and noon?
That's just fabulous.
I love not having any phone service at all.
It's really awesome.

OK, dumb question here, but have you thought about contacting the local media to see if there was anything they could do to help? Especially considering the fact that this isn't the first time it's happened and the last time you were without a phone for MONTHS? Or how about your states Public Utilities Commission? Sorry, just trying to think of something that "might" help! You can always come up here to Ohio and enjoy my sub zero temps and use my internet ;)

I just love the unreliability of utility companies! There's nothing like being kept on your toes wondering when you'll have a basic house need back. *eyeroll*
Anyway, I do hope that the tech made it out to you today!
