Verizon broke my net. they have no idea why its broke other than a wire is crossed or fried. they keep telling me that they are working on it yet have no clue how long it will take. i fucking hate them.

Believing there's no God means I can't really be forgiven except by kindness and faulty memories. That's good; it makes me want to be more thoughtful. I have to try to treat people right the first time around.- Penn Jillette

Kat, I'm sorry you are having so many problems with Verizon. I have Verizon for all of my services and I love them. I never have any problems and whenever I contact their customer service they are always professional, courteous, and promptly resolve any issues I have.

I think I will kiss the feet of the politician who pushes, and gets passed, a bill that federally REQUIRES that all service providers for things such as cable, phone, and internet, etc, be allowed to compete for your business. No Comcast here only, Mediacom there only, Verizon up the road only. Every provider should be able to set up shop and may the best one get the most business. That would pretty much be the end of shit like this. Yeah, there might still be problems, but if companies know you can drop them and give your business to another, they'll be a lot quicker to willingly resolve product and customer service issues!
