Fell on a pencil.

The school just called.
Sebastian was walking down the hall and tripped, and then landed on a pencil.
The way the nurse was talking, I thought for sure she was going to say it went in his eye.
I finally just said "How bad is it?!"

"Oh, he's ok. The tip of the pencil went in his arm, he pulled the lead out and washed it thoroughly, but he has a scrape about an inch and a half long."
Ok, so it's his arm and not a vital organ.
Ok good.
I talked to him and he said he's fine.
I asked him if he whacked his head when he fell, he said he doesn't remember, it all happened so fast.
So I told him if he starts getting a headache or feeling like he's going to throw up, he needs to go back to the nurse and we'll get him home.

Oy vey!
Just 2.5 days of school left, and he starts injuring himself now.

**snicker** sounds like Jeff! Teens sure are clumsy but then it may be inherited. I am a clumsy doof sometimes:)

I did that in the 5th grade.. I was sitting or should i say leaning back in the chair and it tipped over and I stabbed myself in the stomach.

Still have the mark today.
