They sent him home.
When he fell, it happened so fast, and he felt the pain in his arm more than any other part of his body that hit the ground.
But he did hit his head, so about 15 minutes after they called, they called again, and said that he hit the back of his head when it happened, and he has a small lump, a headache, and should be sent home for precaution.
So he's home and resting, just laying on the couch watching tv.
I was able to get a message to Mark so he didn't go searching for Sebastian when school lets out, they walk home together every day, and Mark emailed me to let me know he got the message and asked how his brother was.
I told him he was fine, just laying down.
I put some Staphaseptic on the puncture, and covered it with a band-aid.
He'll probably have a mark there for the rest of his life now.
For some reason, even if you get all the lead out, you still end up with a black dot on your skin forever.

3rd grade. Justin Webb stabbed me with a pencil. 23 years ago and its still there. i call it my first tattoo :)
