Mom's kitchen, may I take your order?
I was ordered, ordered to make cheesy burgers for dinner tonight.
I haven't made these in like a year I think, but when Sebastian and I went shopping yesterday, he ordered me to make them for dinner tonight.
So I figured I'd share the recipe with all of you.
They aren't cheeseburgers, they are cheesy burgers, kinda like sloppy joes, but with cheese instead of sauce.
It's probably the easiest meal I've ever made, and they love it so for about 10 minutes of "work", dinner is done.
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 a large onion diced
1 cup Velveeta cheese
Cook burger and diced onions with salt and pepper to taste and when all the way cooked through, add 1 cup Velveeta cheese and stir until well melted.
Slap on buns and enjoy.

I make dip very similar to that! Ground beef, stir in Velveeta and taco sauce (or salsa) and serve with Tostitos scoops! I absolutely love it--just made it this week, actually.
