5, ok 6 cheese & garlic white pizza.
After Tweeting about the yummy dinner I made, Lisa asked me to post the recipe.
I called it a 5 cheese & garlic white pizza, but it's technically 6.
I buy 1 large plain Boboli pizza crust
Spread on some garlic butter, just enough to cover it, like you would if spreading on pizza sauce.
Then I sprinkle on 1 8oz package of Kraft pizza, 4 cheese flavor shredded cheese.
Then 1 8oz package of Sargento Mozzarella & Asiago with roasted garlic shredded cheese.
My oven has been pre-heated to just 325°
I like to cook it slowly, just until the crust is barely golden brown, the cheese is melted and bubbly, with only a slight browning of the top cheese.
I serve it with a side of salad, usually Caesar, and a small bowl (finger bowl size or custard bowl) of marinara sauce for dipping for the teens.
I prefer my white pizza with no sauce at all, but they like to dip.
Enjoy!

Sounds yummy! I didn't even know Sargento made an Asiago cheese mix! That is one of my favorites cheeses!

OMG that sounds good. My mouth is watering and it's only 10 a.m. My arteries are also shrivelling in an attempt to make me NOT eat something so wonderfully cheesy.
